It's been a few weeks since we last updated everyone on our progress toward a new facility. With the end of the year just around the corner, I thought this would be a good opportunity to provide a little wrap up on our progress for the year.

At this point in time, discussions are ongoing to get this moving forward. We are exploring a number of options, but have settled on a final floor plan and layout for the new complex. Meanwhile, we are already doing some other behind-the-scenes work to set up future leagues for the new complex, both indoors and out. We are also planning other changes to improve our league experiences once we relocate, as we will have additional space and scheduling flexibility to make our leagues even better than they already are.

I really can't stress this enough, but this is a very critical stage in the process. In the past, we have asked Columbus residents to step up and show their support for our efforts. This support comes in many forms, all of which are a lot of fun. Whether it is skating during our public skate sessions, having a birthday party at our facility, playing in one of our leagues, or purchasing a season pass, these are the types of things we need the community to do.

Since the discussions with developers and investors are ongoing, it is more important than ever that Columbus step up and prove it really wants us to move forward with this for the Columbus area.

We need you to sign up for our leagues or stop out for skating or laser tag. Consider a season pass to show you're on board with us for the long run. Have your team coach or league organizer give us a call to discuss future plans, scheduling, and cost. Consider using our rink for your practices now during these cold winter months.

It's easy to talk about how much you want us to go forward with this project. It's easy to let us know how much you'll hang out with us once we move to a new building. But, those things may not happen if you don't show up now.

We have a couple of great deals going on at the moment, such as a youth indoor soccer league registration that includes a free T-shirt (while supplies last). We're also giving out $5 gift cards for each new player you refer to our leagues. There's no limit on the number of gift cards you can earn, meaning you could get paid for helping us move closer to a new fun center for Columbus…and you get to have fun while doing it!

We also have a sale going on with our season skate passes. For just $150 per pass, you'll get admission to every Friday and Saturday skate session for one full year. That's a $624 value for just $150. As good of a deal as that is, we are also throwing in the skate rental for the full year as well on passes purchased by December 17th.

Our goal is to pack the rink, both for our leagues and for our skate sessions. We're doing our part to keep costs down so that everyone can enjoy it. Remember, the end goal is to find a new home for our company, all while having a good time with friends and family.

Now is a critical time in our efforts, and we need you to sign up or come on out for some fun. Your support now will help us make a new family fun center and sports complex a reality for Columbus.

Think about how much of a benefit such a facility will be to local youth and families. Think about the visitors that will be drawn into our community to support other local businesses. This facility fills a major need in a number of areas. Will you help us?

Be sure to tell your family and friends, and encourage others to join you for some fun at our facility. We'll be picking at least one person to reward with a season pass for their efforts. Have fun, get free stuff, and get a new fun center!

Thank you for your help and support during our time here in Columbus. From our family to yours, we hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
