Columbus deserves better, and has been waiting long enough for a family fun center. We have been working hard for the past fifteen years to put our business in a position to relocate inside city limits. With time running out on our chances to do so, as our current location continues to deteriorate putting us at risk of losing a home to operate out of, we figured we would try something a little unique.

Similar to fifteen years ago, when Columbus had an opportunity to bring a USHL (ice hockey) franchise to Columbus, a season ticket sales drive was held. If enough tickets were sold, the possibility of an arena for Columbus would move forward.

Well, we're looking to do something similar. However, instead of selling season tickets (we do have season passes), we are selling registrations for our Winter and Spring indoor soccer, roller hockey, and youth & adult dodgeball leagues. For those not interested in playing sports, we are also looking to "pack the rink" on skate nights, which are held every Friday from 7-11pm and Saturday from 5-10pm. In addition to roller skating, there is the option of laser tag and our redemption (prize) arcade as well.

For the past several years, we have listened to feedback from Columbus area residents, and have a ton of great events and activities planned for the future. However, we won't be able to offer a good number of these programs at our current location due to size restrictions and building condition and location.

With your help, and a good show of support in our drive to "pack the rink" for skating and sports, we will be able to build the new facility our town deserves.

Our current plans are for a larger, better organized facility inside city limits, accessible by foot or bike, with a number of amenities for added convenience. The new facility will feature attractions for all ages, including young children and adults, in both sports and entertainment. We will have indoor and outdoor options to make the new location a year-round destination for northeast Nebraska.

The new facility will feature a larger court surface inside our hockey rink, and a separte indoor turf surface. Having multiple courts, with multiple surface types, will give us the opportunity to provide even more sports options and greater scheduling flexibility. Plus, local sports clubs and teams will finally have quality facilities to practice and train throughout the Winter months. Other groups and organizations will also benefit from our added space and flexibility.

Another feature of the new facility will be an actual skate shop with an additional line of sports equipment on site. And, we'll also be adding more food and drink options with an expanded concession stand, and sports-themed restaurant.

So, we ask for your support, so that we can finally build this new facility Columbus deserves. Please consider supporting our efforts by signing up for one of our leagues or attending a skate night or two. Most importantly, tell (and bring along) your friends, so we can pack the rink. Let's rally the city of Columbus, and get this new facility built!

Have fun, get a new rink. It's that easy!

Please continue to check our website and social media locations for ongoing updates to our efforts for a new facility. We will be emailing and posting updates online. Please share with your family or friends to help us make this happen. Thanks in advance for your help!
